Prepare:
- 1 pack PAZAR Pepes Ikan Seasoning
- ½ kg fish
- Banana fish
Additional:
- 5 pieces of lime leaf
- 5 pieces of Indonesian bay leaf
- Basil leaf to taste
How to cook:
1. Clean and wash the fish accordingly
2. Clean and cut the banana leaves into 30 cm
3. Mix the fish evenly with PAZAR Pepes Ikan Seasoning
4. Place the fish on the top of the Banana Leaves, Put the lime leaves, bay leaves, and basil leaf the remaining sauce on the top of the fish
5. Close both sides of the banana leaf by sealing it with toothpicks
6. Steam the fish for approximately 15 minutes (depending on the size of the fish)
7. Serve. (if desired, place into an oven for about 15 minutes or until the leaf becomes a bit burnt and more fragrant)
