Subagel Corn Starch

Subagel, produced by the separation and purification in the corn wet milling industry, is the source if carbohydrate which is composed of Amylose and Amylopetin molecules. Corn starch has relatively higher amylose content than any other type of starches which result in higher ability in gel-forming.
