Electrodes for Stainless Steel, Buffer Layer of Hard Surfacing, Joining of Dissimilar Steels

DESCRIPTION
NS-307 / NSB-307 electrodes are made from a pure iron core wire with an alloying flux which gives precise controlled metallurgical limits of alloying element to the weld metal. The weld deposit is nearly fully austenitic with a maximum ferrite content of 5. NS-307 / NSB-307 has good weldability, stable arc, low spatter, produces beautiful bead and has easy slag removal. The weld also produces high toughness deposit with work hardening characteristic.

APPLICATIONS

For joining of dissimilar steels, stainless steel, 13% Mn steel, also buffer layer of hard surfacing, repair of rail crossing, parts with heavy load.
