By removing free fatty acids and phospholipid from crude corn oil, Omega becomes non-cholesterol cooking oil with salad-oil quality. Corn Oil is known for its bland taste and odor. research shows that Corn oil contains high Unsaturated Fatty acids, Essential Fatty acids (Omega 3 & Omega 6) and vitamin E which are good for lowering blood cholesterol level, preventing heart disease, stroke, cancer, ashtma, diabetes and reducing inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis.
